Dependent student transferring from LUMS pakistan - OSAP

Hi,

My dependent cousin and his family are moving to Canada after getting their landing papers. He is a brilliant student and would like to transfer credits to a uni in Canada however his family cannot afford his education.

He will apply for Fall 2017 semeter.

Does anyone have any details on the following:

1. OSAP for newly landed immigrant dependent. Would he need an acceptance confirmation from a university to apply?

2. Any info on transferring from LUMS,Pakistan to a uni in Canada?

He should call the universities he is interested in getting admission. They can provide this information.
