How to get pcc for japan from india?
Please explain the entire process - whom to contact to what documents to provide.
Also, indian pcc required before applying for japan pcc or can that be done simultaneously.
How much time does it take?
I have to get pcc from 3 countries - US, Japan, India. US process seems direct in terms of sending the fingerprints (but in eDO do i check the option of receiving hard copy? it is not clear if they do one of the two things i.e. send electronically OR send hard copy or FBI does both)
Lastly, these are required for dependent including medical test. Is it better to reject ITA or submit with LOE stating i wasn't aware of the process and seek additional time to provide pcc and medical for dependents. I am literally couple of days away from submission date of 60 days post ITA and i just didn't know that these need to be provided for non accompanying dependents. I have raised eDO and have PIN number, can make payment by tomorrow to get confirmation. I can also raise Indian request with payment done tomorrow and schedule appointment for a week or two later. Medical - not sure if i can pay early and schedule time for next week.
