Dependent Photo Question

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me if dependent (wife+kid) photographs will be required when initially submitting my application for PR through CEC? If no, at what stage is it needed?

• Digital photos meeting IRCC’s permanent resident card photo specifications (PDF, 614.24KB) must be provided.

Individuals who must submit this documentation

• The principal applicant
• Their spouse or common-law partner
• Their dependent children, including non-accompanying
