Yes, at least all of the family members it mentions. No need to detail cousins etc !

Another question; while completing canadian experience class form; Do i need to provide information for all the jobs I have done or only the one on which basis I am applying my PR.

Mixed opinions have been expressed on the form based on this, mainly due to the fact that the form itself asks for Canadian experience in the last three years but the instructions suggest only to detail the work experience you are claiming.

Personally, based on the wording of the form, I would personally detail all my experience - as it will be easy for the officer to decide which experience is valid. However, others may advise differently.

Good luck.

During my co-op i worked at a place as a co-op and same time I worked another place. One place was full time for my co-op and another one was part-time but i was getting almost full time hours from part- time job too. Is co-op duration is considered as full time studies? I am concerned because during full time studies we are not allowed to work full -time. I am not too sure that is co-op period is considered full- time studies?

Your co-op experience doesn't count towards your 1 year experience. Experience attained after the PGWP issue date is counted. There have been instances where VO has not considered the experience gained under implied status.

Depends on your institution, but probably, yes. But then the co-op work is also considered part of your full-time studies, so full-time is OK then.
