I'm now now in the process of completing my application. I have 3 minor children who cannot accompany me here in Canada because their father did not sign the STATUTORY DECLARATION FROM NON-ACCOMPANYING PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR MINORS IMMIGRATING TO CANADA-IMM5604. I just want to ask if my 3 kids still need to have passport right now? Do you think the immigration office will process my application without my childrens' passport?

Related to this topic. My son's birth father is "unknown" on his birth cert. Whom I will ask to sign on the declaration of non-accompanying if I can't find him no more?! Pls I need advice on what to do? What supporting doc. I will submit to CIC. Does the dswd cert can justify in the sole-support parent though. Thanks appreciate all your advices!!!
