Hi!

My father didn't declared me when he got PR in canada. My younger sisters both have PR. We've applied immigration for dependent children a year ago but they rejected it stating the reason that my father didnt declared me at that time. when we applied for dependent class i was 22. After this new pilot program for dependent children, i am now 23 and will soon be getting to 24. My question is can i APPLY for dependent children now? Any exceptions for age exceeding 22? Like if i am still depending on my dad?

You are too old now.

You'll need to qualify for PR on your own.

I heard there is a way that if you are dependent on father before or any disability you can apply for that, if i take risk what are the chances plus any other PR option you recommend for me?

What disability do you have that makes you entirely dependent on your father? Do you work or attend school? Who are you living with now that your father is in Canada?

You would still be ineligible due to IRPR 117(9)(d) as you were not declared. If you ARE entirely dependent on your father, then his PR might have not been granted if he HAD declared you, leading to a possibility of misrepresentation. Finally, the Pilot Program does not apply to those who gainec PR via economic immigration classes.

There are 2 options in pilot program if your age is over 22 one was for disability and second is for if you are depending on your father before 22. I just graduated so i was thinking may b i can apply through that. Meanwhile do tell me if there is any option i can apply immigration myself according to this scenario. Can it helps that my sisters have PR? When applying for my case?

You don’t qualify for either. At this time you don’t qualify. You should look at the various immigration programs so you can work towards them.
