Hey guys... I really really needs help
I'm from Ethiopia and i wanna know if someone in canada can sponsor me as a dependent child even if he has never been in ethiopia and have no blood relationship with me?

Adoption
A process whereby a person becomes a member of another family. This process must create a genuine parent-child relationship that permanently severs the legal ties to the child’s biological parents or guardians.

How old are you? Are you an orphan? (Are your parents alive)
Depending on the answer above, you may never be sponsored by someone via adoption. (even if they are willing and can go through the legal process of adopting you)

I'm 20 yrs old.. Is that above the limit? I read that the age limit for sponsorship increased to 22 on 2017...?

Highly unlikely that you would be eligible for adoption at age 20. The age limit is for children. Adoption at your age would most likely be seen as an adoption of convienience.

You are too old to be adopted and sponsored. It would clearly be an Adoption of Convenience. If you want to come to Canada, you should focus on qualifying to immigrate through an economic program.

Yes - this is above the limit. You are too old to be adopted. The cut off age for adoption is 16.

You will have to qualify and apply for PR on your own.
