Yes, I added IMM5604 and provided an explanation that even though both my spouse and I are permanent residents (PRs), I am the one sponsoring from Canada, and my spouse is staying in India with our newborn.

I first submitted my application for my 5-year-old son in October 2025. It was returned two weeks later as being incomplete. I left it for some months and resubmitted on December 11, 2025. I got his AOR on 29th January 2026. Currently, the tracker reads Eligibility in progress.

Hi, I received the AOR for my 9 month child on 28th Feb 2026. How long does it take to reflect on tracker? I tried login into tracker with required info but it says "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet." But I ensured details are correct.

Did you receive UCI number ?
Try after getting that if so.
