You received medical request before the sponsor eligibility were completed? That’s the first time I see this as theybusually approve the sponsor eligibility first then request medicals

Hello everyone, I need a guidance.
I received 2 emails 1st is at 8:45 am which states my application got rejected. I need to resubmit with documents required.

At 915 am, another email to sign in to portal and it also states that I need to wait to further instructions in next email.
And I never got another email. Please share your experience

Is it approved or I need to resubmit everything again?
