that's fast bro..i think you will get your visa soon because you already have PPR..our papers was process within canada, instead of sending us kits, they sent it to my mother instead..we already submitted everything and had our meds done received by cic already since april

I think youll just have to wait for your PPR also or incase they will inform you to sent them other documents if there is (if needed) and hope forum star member/s will read this so they can answer your question directly,.I hope soon! i want to see my family :D

Surely you will, because you already have PPR bro:),btw.,they received my mother's pr application in august 2011 and they just started processing it in oct.2013..been about 3 years now..maybe because there's 3 of us,my sister has 2 kids already but not married,we were type A when our mother applied for PR with us.

I THINK you will still be covered, however, I can't say that positively. Your sister, on the other hand, might not be so lucky. Even if she is not married, is she living with the father of her children? If she is and has been for 12 consecutive months CIC will see her as common law with the father of her children and she will then be disqualified from your mothers application. If your sister is NOT living with the father of her children and has not been common law since your mother filed, then she will need to file new forms to include the grandchildren (your sisters children) and also include proof of income to support the grandchildren. It sounds as if the situations have drastically changed since your mother originally filed her application and she should be sure to file updated information with CIC ASAP.

yes she is living with her partner, her first son was born in 2009 and the second was born 2012 after she already filed for her PR already in 2011..do you think this would affect the whole application?btw, about my case,my mom confirmed it in west coast immigration in canada ,they said that i dont need to study fulltime as long as im still single and not in common law since i was under 22 when my mom filed for her PR so the problem now is with my sister having 2 kids which my mother forcedly included in her pr application in hope that she would be able to get us all.im so bothered right now:(

Your sister is not going to qualify for PR with your mothers application. If your mother continues and tries to 'sneak' her through she is risking all of the applications. Because your sister is living in a common law relationship with a 'family' of her own, she no longer qualifies under the dependent clause and should try to see if her and her family can qualify to immigrate independent to you and your mother. If you wish to stay as a dependent on your mothers application you must not enter into a common law relationship or get married until after you have formally landed in Canada as a PR.

i dont know what will happen to our papers now,i just hope and pray that our own papers will not be affected.this breaks my heart because my mother is risking eveything for my sister.

If your mother still has your sister listed in her application she must remove her immediately. If she continues to try and process with your sister included despite the fact that your sister is no longer eligible and likely was not from the beginning all that is going to happen is that they will reject the applications. It could also potentially cause an issue for any of you to immigrate at a later date using another route because of misrepresentation. Please advise your mother to remove your sister and her children from the application as they no longer qualify. It should not hold up the rest of the applications (yours and your mothers) provided there is no other serious issues to be dealt with.

eventhough we already submitted all the papers?i mean we also had our medicals done, and my mom's ECAS says "in proces" already and that also medicals have been recieved..i will let my mother know today,if anything goes wrong,i would blame her for this:-!

Please take the advice .if your mother goes along with this and CIC finds out they can revoke all of your PR.You can not get married or live with a person a common law. You can still get your PR but your sister won't qualify now.

do you think it might be too late now?i really cant believe this,my mom sacrificing everything for my sister.if ever following some helpful advice,i think this might delay the processing, dont you think?its about 3 years now that we are waiting for our pr application approval.

the second child of my sister born 2012 was just forcedly included by my mom in her application when the cic sent my mom the kit in february 2014 containing the docs we need to submit including the medical request thinking that everything would be ok, the first child born 2009 was already included in the application since 2011.I will let my mother know about this definitely today..
