Hi...I came in work permit VISA to Canada and my VISA is valid till May2013. After that I have to work from US as I have the US VISA. I have the H1B VISA and my wife has the dependent H4 VISA for US. At the same time we are expecting a baby on March2013 in Canada. So the baby will definitely be a Canadian Citizen. My question is if I am moving to US on May2013, do I need a US VISA for my baby?
