hi thr! Iam a dentist from new delhi,INDIA,am planning to immigrate to CANADA.have already given my IELTS this 17th feb and scored an overall band of 7.0. started my applicn work.but had a few querries.thought u dentists out thr might be able to help.i'll be grateful.
1)do we have to send the police verification cert. now with the applcn or later when asked?cause the guidelines say that documents fom both checklists should be sent only once to the CIO.shall i apply for the PCC now?how long does it take?
2)what is a 'transcript'?does it mean our marksheet?shall i send originals or copies which are notary attested?
3)i know salary slip is required.but my present boss is not ready to make one for me as of now.what shall i do?plus,ive worked in private dental clinics always.and have no appointment letter.is it mandatory?also,do we have to mention annual salary or monthly?
4)do we have to mention full time/part time in our work exp.?
5)does our savings account balance statemewnt have to be the latest or any month would do?

answer to question 2.

transcript generally means your detail marks. you only need to send your certified photocopies. please remember whatever documents that you will send, the CHC will not send them back. so I advise you to not to send the original documents, unless they specifically ask for these..

answer to question 3.
if you get paid by the cheque and the cheque has the name of the company or the doctor name and he/she is registered owner of practice then it can be used as a salary certificate as well. I hope you get paid by cheque. moreover on your statement the cheque entry will also show up as cheque from DR XXX amount XXXX

answer to question 4.

well if you on average, work for more than or 38 hours/ week then the answer should be full time. if it is less than that it should be part time. also if your employer is happy to say you work full time then use full time. Please remember, a full year experience of part time job may be considered as a half year experience for work experience points.

all bank statements should be current. old statements are not valid and will be rejected

to answer your question 1, I am not really sure if the rule has changed. but lot of people i know only sent their PCC when their file got transferred to the visa specified office . So i think you only need to send it to New delhi high commission once your case is transferred after initial approval from cio sydney

you might want to send it along with your application to CIO as well.. dont think it will cause any harm.
