I just liked to ask if anyone here got denied their application for permanent residency under pnp?

what are the possible reasons?

if they already ask you for medical and already paid for processing and landing fees there is still possibilities that you get denied?

Once Nominated you can only be denied for Medical or Security reasons,Remember this

Hello BCGUY,

I'm currently working in US on an H1B for almost 3 years. My H1B is valid until Jul 2009.
I'm in process of applying for AINP however my company may convert my Visa from H1B to L1 (Company transferred employee). The Visa conversion process is NOT yet started but may start sometime Feb/Mar 09.

I wanted to ask if I'm approved for Alberta PNP by then, and if my company converts it to L1B after that, will it impact my application processing ?

Can you suggest what documents are required after the AINP Pre assesment is approved ? I see from some other posts that it takes almost a month to get the forms and other instructions in mail from AINP Administration.

I can start collecting those documents while I get the papers if I'm approved.
