Demand Draft and questions related to Section A & Signatures

Hi Seniors,

I am planning to submit my application tomorrow and filling FEE PAYMENT FORM IMM5620 form. I would be great if you answer my questions on priority :

1. I have received Demand draft from Indian Bank. As per instructions, I have to complete Section A where I have filled my name as principal applicant but not sure what should I put in "Name of the payer" and "Address of the payer", please confirm !

2. Do we need to sign this form in case of Demand draft or signature option is only applicable when we are using credit card , please confirm !

1) its Payable to "RECEIVER GENERAL OF CANADA", Address wont be necessary.
2) I don't think you have to sign it. it for one who gives out there credit card information.

Payer is who is paying money. If it is different from principal applicant that person name and address should be mention. If you are a principal applicant no need to mention anything. keep it blank.

No sign part in application. It is clearly mentioned the signing is only for credit card authorization.

I, as a principal applicant pay using demand draft, however in the form, I also write my name in the "name of payer" section and my address.
Will it be a problem? I hope my application will not be returned due to this.
