What difference does it make? They are mailroom clerks. The important thing is that you have proof of delivery.

it is a gud idea if everyone can post their signed person name. we would be able to know the staff details in mailing room

we can be sure about the person for future enquiry. :'( :'( :'( :'(

I dont think Shijol it is of any use. The person signing is not responsible for checking our cases or following the progress etc. If its signed and received, that means it has reached its intended destination.

We will have to contact CIO directly for checking the status of our applications, so the person signing and receiving the applications is of no significance, just my thoughts
