Delhi to Toronto via Zurich

Hi,

We have a flight from delhi to toronto via zurich on air canada. delhi zurich, 3.5 hour layover and then zurich toronto. We hold canadian PRs + my wife's mother holding a canadian tourist visa.

I have read on the swiss embassy portal that transit visas are not required in our case. Just wanted to confirm whether anyone has done a similar flight and if things went smootly or were there issues ? Thanks!

Well you are just transiting Zurich (and not going out of the airport / passing through passport control). You do not need a visa. Transit visa would be required in case you want to get out of the airport. Since your stopover is 3.5 hours, it does not leave you with time to get out of the airport.
