Don’t worry dude
Don’t give ear to such rumours… if your profile is fine for them, nobody will refuse you.
The authority working in Delhi High Commission are appointed by the IRCC just like other personnel working in Canada.
Don’t worry ! If it is supposed to, you will get an acceptance.

Even I hear and saw the result. They refused every applicant who have 5.5 in one module, also they are giving all the reasons in rejections. I am noticing that thing since 25th June,

No its not true they are not applying stamps and not proceeding with new visas but definitely not rejecting aggressively, Rumours travel faster than the speed of sound so better not believe anything you didn’t saw with your naked eyes.
