I availed of the service of a Consultant here in Middle East.
We submitted our application in December and Canada received it as per Courier tracking no. on Dec 20, 2014.But until now, no reply from Canada. It has been almost 5 mos already. The demand draft we paid will be staled come May 29, 2015. What seems to be the problem?Is this due to the transition to Express Entry last Jan 2015? What are the chances of my application? What will happen if my demand draft will be staled. Will they return it to me, but how can they process my application then? How long does it usually take for them to reply or process an application.
