Hello, i submitted my application for a visit visa to attend a conference last week and its under processing now, however i received an email from the conference organizers today that i will be delayed till October, the original date was in ma, what should i do? the VAC here is closed, how can i notify them about the change of my travel dates? my passport by October would only have 5 months validity, i need to make a new one since they wouldn't let me in with a 5 months passport validity, right?
would i need to submit a new application and cancel this one?
