delaying in reconsideration

can any buddy kw that for reconsideration request deadline from reviewing officer already pass i mean (they have to reply me whiten 4 month which already done ) so what should i have to do can i call them am i allow to call cose this thing is bet my employer and OPNP ? pls let me kw
