Delayed Visa

Hello, i'm from Brazil and I applied my student visa in October 2012.
In 11 December did medical examinations requested and my documents are already in Ottawa from December 20.
Today is January 28 and I have not received my visa
My flight is scheduled for February 14... Only 2 more weeks because we have carnival and everything stops.
Anyone know what I can do?

You should write to them and let them know your circumstances. They may expedite your case. But, its seems quite a long process if you started in Oct. Anyways, write to them and let them know.
