Hello everyone
I applied for study permit extension in May 12th 2015, I called CIC on Aug 2nd 2015 and the agent told me that my application has been approved and he provides me with the document's number and expiration date. Further, he sent a note ( reminder ) to the "Operations Support Centre: Ottawa, Ontario " to print my document. However, it has been almost 5 moths now with no update in my online CIC and I didn't receive my study permit. When I called the cic the second time, the agent told me that they can't send a reminder unless a three months period pass from the first note (reminder).
Please kindly advise me what should I do in this issue ?
