In the context of an Express Entry permanent residence application, I would like to ask for advice regarding proof of work experience.

My employer is a state institution and is delayed in providing a detailed employment letter. I have been employed with the same organization for over ten years. During this time, I have held several positions, all within the same field of work and falling under the same NOC classification.
Would it be acceptable to upload alternative documents at the time of submission, such as an older employment confirmation letter, a career progression or promotion history (both issued over a year ago), and several pay slips covering different periods?

Additionally, if more complete documentation (for example, an updated reference letter meeting IRCC requirements) becomes available after the application has already been submitted, is it possible to provide this additional evidence later through an IRCC web form?

Any advice from people who have been in a similar situation would be greatly appreciated.
