Delayed Application for canada

Hii guys !
I applied for Canada July intake and my classes will start from 4 July , I applied online on 1 June , But still I’m in process. Why it takes too much time . My application shows that Only background check and Eligibility is left and in process. How much time it takes to get decision?

You were already refused once so did you resolve the reasons for that refusal. Also applying June 1 for a July 4 start seems pretty unrealistic regardless what any processing times quote.
