delay receiving passport

Dear Forum Members,

i have send my medical and passport on December 2012, till today no reply from NDVO, the problem is our medical is going to expire during oct 2013. can any one suggest .. i have to repeat the medical again if the visa is not stamped

Application filed on March 2012 . Medicals done on 8`th September 2012 .Medicals / Additional Documents& passports sent to CHC New Delhi on the next day, its almost 1 year now and Our Medical expire`s on 8`TH SEPTEMBER 2013(Sunday) YET NO UPDATES from New Delhi visa office and NOOOOOO reply for our quires / mails / calls / CSE
Don`t know what to doooooooooooooooooooooooooo. PLzzzzzzzzz Revert with valid replies
