I am currently in Canada and for my PR, I applied for my PCC via BLS Surrey which is under Vancouver Jurisdiction. It has been more than 5 weeks I received a message from CGI Vancouver that my file was send to my local police station in Kolkata. However when I connected with my Local Police station, they said they have not received my file yet. I also got in touch with the Kolkata Police Headquarter (the department which handles PCC) and their response was also same. Parallelly, I tired reaching out to the CGI Vancouver but they are not co-operating. At this point of time what am I supposed to do? Has anybody been through similar kind of situation?
