delay in visitors visa

i applyed for visitor visa on 24 april 2018. i was told to get my results within 18 days its more than 25 days and still i have nt received any answer... wot should i do.. and how long i should wait for..

Where did you apply from ? 7 days over is not a lot given processing times are averages
