Delay in receiving AWB after payment (Indian VFS)- passport stamping

Hi guys, I did the payment stamping and they asked me to confirm back once the payment is done. After dropping the mail I am yet to receive the AWB, what should I do know, TIA

Same.. payed and confirmed through mail. no reply yet. but in the payment mail, it mentioned Dec 9 as pick up date which is today. still no update.
