delay in offer letter from gbc

I Hv applied on 2 jan 2014. In gbc for IBM 1 yr. Certificate program. But still I do nt received any offer letter frm gbc. Somebody plz guide me. Wat r the reasons for it ad Wat shud I do now.

There is always a program coordinator linked to every course and the contact details are also mentioned in GBC website.
Which course have you applied? I will see if I can help you get the details.

one more thing i wud like to know that if i am going for IBM certificate program and that is for 8 months then visa has been granted for 8 months or for a year for study.

As far as I know the study permit is given for the exact duration of your course. I tried to check details from cic.gc.ca. I am not very much convinced myself.
Please recheck this with someone who knows better.

Have u applied for May intake? Or Sept?
If you have applied for Sept, then I dont think any of us have received the offer letter yet. If you are for the May intake, then it is high time you should have received one.
If you have applied online, you should have received a Student ID. With the student ID you can track the status of your application.

Anyway, chill. You may need to wait for a day or two to get a reply from GBC. It is expected that too many candidates must be writing to them at this juncture and hence the delay in replying.

If you have applied online, you must be receiving a student ID in an email from GBC and also a link where you can check the status.
If you havent received a Student ID, then I guess you have applied to them by post?

If yes. please write to the international council and get the status. Here is the id: international@georgebrown.ca

I received a mail from them. They said that my application is in queue. Ad they will b starting processing of application by early. Feb.
