Delay in canada visa

I have applied my canada online application on 21 june 2019 and biometrics on 25th june ....till now i didnt get any update regarding my application ...its around 53 days .pls help me by giving advise

As in no update when you check online? Did your biometrics reflected on your online account?

Only biometrics refected on 18th day in my online application ....the other steps remained as still like reviewing processing and so on ...i dont know what to do ..

After my medical ..they sent me mail for remedical ....i went on the very next day and the tests were also okk...there wasnt any problem ...should i mail embassy or not ??
