Delay for police clearance,,,what to do?

I have 20 days to left to upload the documents.they dispatched me police clearance via regular mail on 21 oct 2019.but still I am waiting as I did not receive it.
Someone can give any suggestion what should I do?
I am getting panic because this the only document I am missing now

I have seen candidates uploading the proof of application of police clearance. and once u get it u can upload it through webform.

What if I will not receive it by regular mail or they will lost?
Because they told me 3-5 days for delivery

You don't need to submit Canadian PCC with your application. They'll ask for it later if they want you to do it

Impossible. Are you sure it's not for another country you lived in before.

Yes bro,,sorry it’s RCMP for canada they dispatched on 21 oct 2019 but I did not get delivered at my home address
