Delay by High Commission New Delhi on Application

My colleague submitted the file after me. He got file number on the day immigration officer came to inquire at my work place. And after 20 days he got medical and I am still waiting for an answer from High Commission on my status. Why it happened?

Please share under which category u and you'r friend has applied. When u sent ur file to cic.. Pls share the details for further assistance ...

We applied under FSWP MLT NOC3212.

My application reached to CIC on 8th July and my colleagues application reached in November end.
