I have done bachelors in commerce and i have experience in travel industry
And my post graduation is also in finance
While applying for express entry it will make any difference of relevancy that i have worked in travel industry and my academics are related to finance

How much chances that i can get PR

You can only count work experience that is considered "skilled," in NOC types 0, A, or B. NOC type C cannot be counted. If you only have experience in NOC C or D occupations you are not eligible for Express Entry.

For what level? Assuming you're from India most colleges want at least 60%.
