Hello, I've completed BCA in May 2017 form Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education with 60.75% without any backlog. I've got 6.5 bands(L-7.5, R-6, W-6, S-6). Sikkim Manipal University is recognised by UGC & DEC and AICTE approved University. Can i apply for student visa? I've got offer letter from Centennial college for 2 years Fast-track advance diploma in IT course.
