No it is not. You can get your Masters degree evaluated and that will suffice.

You really need to read the document requirements. These will vary depending on the company you use to assess your degree, which country you're from, and possibly which university you attended.

For example, if you have a Master's degree from India, you must also provide your Bachelor's degree transcript.

I have graduation from Sikkim Manipal year 2007,which is not recognized by the CIC evaluation authorities however , my master's is from recognized university and I am not sure how the authorities will evaluate my masters when they will by bachelors degree transcripts .
Any past similar experiences.
