Degree certificate for WES

Hi, I am a candidate who will benefit from your help if you have a few precious minutes to Spare...I have just started the process for Canadian Immigration and have got my transcripts from my University. However, WES requires something called ...Legible Copy of Degree ..now, as the name suggests they need a copy for my certificate but how should I obtain from Delhi Univ. as DU only issues transcripts for mark sheets

Hey if you never received a degree certificate from your university you can apply online or visit the university and ask them for the same but if you have been issued it earlier then getting a duplicate certificate from university will be a long process. Any update btw?
