CIC dont want to attest any degree.
they use their own sources to verify the documents.
but it is better to attest all documents from "ministry of forigen affairs". so that they dont doubt. cauz there are too many cases of fordge documents from india, bangladesh. but pakistani certificates are less suspisious than other.

my problem is that i lost my orignal crtificcates of matric & inter. now i got duplicate. i doubt abt duplicate copies. thats why i think my documents must be attested.

you have any suggestion abt my case.

all i can suggest you to verify your matric and inter certificates and then send

Original certificates but stamped "Duplicate" are as good as originals, there is no need to notarize them. If you are sending copies, you need to notarize all copies of the documents, otherwise it may delay your case when they will ask you to send the originals from university/school in sealed envelope etc. Do it right in the beginning.
