Definition of continuous experience

Hi,

I was just checking my eligibility for Express Entry. One of the questions was

In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation.

In my case, I had five years of work experience. Then I did my Master's degree. Since then I have two years of work experience in the same occupation.

So should my experience be considered as seven years or two years?

Hi,
In my opinion you can consider 7yrs experience but the experience should be in the similar working domain like for 7yrs you were working in mechanical designing. If you have changed the stream after doing Masters ,you may have to consider only two years.
