I have the letter of introduction for my student permit but my college deferred my program from late April to the end of August so I stayed in France and will go to Canada in August. From all I read on cic website it should be ok once you have already the permit. Does it make a difference if the permit has not been issued yet at the airport ? I understand that I just should do an extension.
And in case someone knows that also, can I make a new permit if I already have one that covers a part of the validity time of the second one ?
