Please what can I do , my daughter was refused deferral at university due to the fact that she attended post secondary school in Nigeria for a session . The former admission letter given to her give her opportunity to deferred. She was unable to used the letter because she was denied study visa twice but now, She what given a timeframe by CIC to submit her offered letter , which remains just few days.
