Dear Friends,
I applied for AINP and submitted all required documents (hard copy) including PGWP and Employer's job certificate by Canada post.
Ironically I received a letter that I don't have PGWP and therefore my application is declined and my file is closed. It is a kind of strange response when the PGWP was sent. After my MBA I got a three years work permit (PGWP) and currently my stay in Canada and working is validated by the PGWP.
So if by a remote chance or lapse in the course of documents scrutiny they don't find copy of PGWP in my postal packet, then it would have appropriate to ask for my clarification. Instead they declined my application out-rightly.
They haven't kept any window open for me to to resend the PGWP. Moreover, the Visa officer ought to have considered how one can stay in Canada and work without a valid work permit.
I dont find any mail address or any other mode to communicate with AINP officials regarding the mistake.
Can anyone suggest what I should do to remedy the matter?
