Declaration at customs

Do we need to declare the following items in declaration form?
( Arriving atVancouver as a student)

1) 100gm sealed pack of green tea and chamomile tea
2)vitamin supplement (3 bottles) sealed and in original container
3) bunch of otc medicines

I know that I need to declare --
1) kitchen knife set + wooden serving and cooking spoons
2) prescription medications along with the prescription from doctor.

All food should be declared, dont think medicine has to be but just read the declaration instructions carefully when u get them.

You can only have 90 days of prescription medication. Some medications aren’t legal in Canada so those would be discarded.
