How will deck cadet or marine professional qualifies for express entry.
As we only work for 4 to 5 month on cargo ship. How would o meet the basic eligibility requirment

Deck cadet experiance will not be counted as it is only training time to bwcome an officer.
Moreover you should have a degree to claim points for education.

Currently i am working with a shipping co. Since 2007 as i am ship captain now. I got certification from UK.

You need to give ielts. Try to score clb 9 in ielts i.e. r 7, l 8, w 7 and s 7 in order to fetch ita.

Additionaly you have to get your education assessed by world education services.

Moreover you require 3 years of work ex inorder to get maximum poins on CRS. Now as you said you r already sailing as master so this work experiance you already have in you kitty. So you just need to take appointemt and work experiance letter from your company with roles and responsibilities clearly mentioned on it.
