Let us not blame (Indian) or the CIC.

Take it as a lesson learnt. Ok now; I think you need to look into the job descriptions. They don't reject for fun.

These were the job duties you needed to write. I mean matching to the following. I am afraid you can't appeal now. I have heard this NOC might be included in new ministerial instructions coming in July 2012. You can then apply again. Thanks

Dear please calm your nerves and don't panic. That means your experience letter should had above duties that you performed these duties during your employment.

It is must that your experience letter should had duties you performed matching to above. Don't copy paste above duties on your experience letter just write some thing that matches to above.

Dear thats the mistake you made. You should had asked them to write the above duties in your experience letter. Seems like you were not aware. Next time when you make an experience letter ask them to write job duties matching to above and you will be ok.

Dear u did a blunder. it is clearly mentioned that on experience letter job duties must be mentioned. now u can't appeal bcz a huge mistake has been commited from ur side. now wait for the next ministerial instruction.
