April 2010 applicant, after long wait Decission made.. sorry to say it's Not a good sign...
wait untill you got some respond from your VO or email them.
Now it's rare e-case error so, mostly it's rejection... if it's rejection you will get letter from VO with explaination why they reject your application.

Well if its correct (eCas status), then its not good news :'( Probably means a rejection :-[
So be prepared mentally and gather documents, if you are elligible to reapply.

I meant if he/she is elligible to Re-Apply, and falls in the 29 NOCs. Apply as a Fresh FSW.

My status has been this for about 7 months now since l got 2nd AOR. But if it is a rejection(I hope it is not) why would they wait for so many months before letting me know? It wouldn't be nice at all.

I am worried.

send them an email, the letter may be missing

Probably because, they put on a Date when the application is opened and scanned. Hence the delay.

I dont understand this status, it says "Pending review" and "Decision made" at the same time then again "London visa office may contact you"

As per my knowledge (might be not 100%), but anyways, they put a BF'd (Bring Forward Date)....Meaning that when your application will be opened and checked or worked upon.

Lets say they opened your application and did a brief scan, and sent you for some documents. The Visa Officer will put a date on the File, on which he will re-check or open your case, that is BF'd.

That means if you are right my application may/is still subject to check on opening at a date (Bring Forward Date) by the VO .
