Hello guys, can anyone tell me what is the meaning of this

"You entered Canada at the Montreal Immigration office on October 14, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident."

my ECAS changed to decision made on august 27 2020 and now it is showing completed with the above message.(status completed on Oct 14 2020)

I have never been to Montréal nor have I got any form of letter for IRCC yet.

You are already pr. Because of covid they just put on your file that you exit on that place.

A couple of minutes ago I called and talked to the IRCC agent ... very nice person, he said on October 8, I was passed everything (all stages) and pre-approved for PR, now I need to be patient and wait for CoPR ... some officer needs to take my file and complete it ... how long he doesn't know.
Maybe this information will help some of you guys.
