Their are so many ways that you can check your application process. for being 'Decision made' written on your ecas you can't judge on it. you can do one of the following options

1. write enquiry request
2. check on CAIPS
3. wait until you get written letter by post or email

Decision made before medicals means rejection.
There can be mistake also- like system error also, so wait for rejection letter and see its contents.

anyone with idea what this means is it positive or negative decision .i hope its positive since all my documents we submitted in Dec

Dear friend,
Before medical this is not good news but you can't rely on your ecas either since sometimes there are a lot of mistakes. I will suggest that you wait for section A (medical) or a mail from CIC. Pray and be positive...
