The technical answer is, not necessarily. DM means it could be a refusal or your COPR will be sent to you soon.

Have you had additional document requests (especially those relating to extra proof of relationship)? If you haven't, then it's generally safe to assume that the decision is good.

But, I think it's safe for me to say congratulations ;D.

Clic requested a stat dec of common law relationship in April which was sent in and that's all. No interview or further documents.

No problem ;D. Oh, thank you. I really hope I'm not far behind. I've had the 3rd line in eCAS since last Thursday, so I know it could take up to another few weeks at least, but I'm hoping that I will have my COPR soon like the other two April applicants who applied through Ottawa around the same day as me (I got SA a couple weeks after them).
