Hello everyone! I'm on the same boat, decision made between may 15-17, i emailed them, but no answer.
I got in touch with a local MP today, and they told me that they would get back to me next wednesday at the latest!

So the MP finally got back to me, but wasn't very helpful. He said my residency had been approved (yay!), but that they had no idea why the ppr request had not been sent yet, and then told me the generic response of but don't worry about it, you should hear from them soon....
