I notice lots of looks and no replies.
I don't have any insight. I know under normal circumstances a decision made with no interview would be positive. But since PR was denied and you are re-applying under the other grounds so I am unsure if this rule would apply. I imagine they wouldn't need an interview and would just be basing their decision on the humanitarian/compassionate grounds. But that is purely me speculating
I will hope and pray for a positive decision. This must be so so stressful
